How to Lose Belly Fat Fast – Natural Remedy For Losing Excess Belly

Nowadays, the accumulation of excess fat around the belly is a condition that affects millions of people around the world. Belly fat is usually estimated by measuring the circumference around the waist. If your waist measures 35 or more inches for women and 40 or more inches for men, chances are you’re harboring a potentially dangerous amount of belly fat. Belly fat isn’t a simple aesthetic problem. Having a “belly” can make you increase the likelihood of developing serious illnesses. Even normal weight with excess belly fat is riskier than simply qualifying as obese. Scientific research has shown that one of the signs of having type two diabetes is excess fat around the belly.

A homemade remedy for losing Belly Fat

If you’re worried about your expanding waistline – don’t panic. You can count on an aid that allows you to achieve good results in a short time. This is the case with this natural drink prepared with garlic and lemon that helps reduce cholesterol and excess fat around the belly. Those who have tried the recipes had great results in losing belly fat fast. In order to see good results for yourself, it’s important to prepare and use the drink as instructed below. If you read through everything, we will also be discussing how you should observe drinking the recipe in your weight loss plan for optimal results. Preparing the drinks is plain and simple, here’s how to do it.

The Ingredients

For the drink, make sure to have these simple ingredients prepared:

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1.5 Liter of Water

Firstly, take two cloves of garlic, peel and mince them finely. Garlic will boost your metabolism and is also an effective appetite suppresant. It will keep you feeling fuller for longer, further preventing you from overeating or binge-snacking so as to limit the calories loaded into the body; hence making you lose weight faster and more effectively. Next, you prepare two lemons, carefully washing them and cutting them into slices. Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps you fight cravings. One research study found that polyphenols in lemon juice have the power to suppress body fat accumulation, significantly reducing weight gain even for those who are used to over eating.

Making the drink

After preparing the ingredients, you put 1.5 liter of water in a saucepan. Then you add the garlic and the lemon slices into the water and leave to boil for 15 minutes. After this, you can also filter the mixture if you don’t like ingesting lemon pulps that will be floating around the drink. The drink can be then stored at room temperature or in the freezer. If you don’t want to boil the ingredients, you can resort to putting the mixture in a glass container and let the ingredients soak in the water for 24 hours.

We realize that many people won’t be able to stand the bitter taste that this recipe will naturally have. For that, adding a bit of honey can sweeten the taste of the drink. The drink could be divided into three or more doses in a day. The idea would be to drink a cup before or during the three main meals. We recommend taking it for three consecutive days to facilitate the detoxification process. Then wait a week before starting again.

Top 4 Best Mattresses for Leveling up Your Sleep

Quality sleep is one of the most important things we, as humans, can do to promote longer, healthier living.  It’s better than any supplement, better than any diet or exercise.  The problem…very few of us get a good night’s sleep…and we don’t pay attention to the quality of mattress (which is where it all starts).  The problem is, when you’re looking for the best mattress, there are hundreds of mattress options out there but only a handful that stand leaps and bounds above the rest.  Fortunately, we’ve found them and give them to you below:

Tuft & Needle

Tuft & Needle is owned by Simmons which is one one of the largest manufacturers of mattresses in the country. So it’s backed by a big name brand- not just some online company that’s dropshipping from China.  Aside from that, the mattress is just REALLY soft and comfortable…A LOT of people love this bed. It’s the most popular bed on Amazon and once you get it you’ll see why… it checks all the boxes that you’re looking for when you’re shopping for a budget to your product. It’s comfortable but not too soft (which is a common complaint of other “premium” brands). It’s nice enough. It’s from a big name brand. It’s accommodating for all different types of sleeping positions, stomach back side combination. It accomodates as many people as possible and comes with free shipping, a 100 night test window and free returns even if you buy it on Amazon and then a 10 year warranty.

If you had to pick 1 mattress to buy today for the next 10 years, this is probably it.

Lucid Hybrid

Now Tuft and needle is a foam mattress. But if you want a hybrid mattress that incorporates coils, the lucid gel memory foam hybrid is awesome. When we got the mattress, we didn’t really have high hopes for it and it turns out to be a really, really nice bed. It has pocketed coils for extra support and as memory foam and the comfort layers, but it doesn’t have that “sinking” feeling like a lot of other memory foam beds.  It’s a much more “stable” memory foam which is great.

The mattress ranks about a medium on the soft-to-firmness scale but the reason it made our list is how comfortable it is given that it has coils.  So it’s potentially a better option for heavier folks that want something more robust than a pure foam bed.

Nest Flip Hybrid

Now next up, another really durable mattress that’s also a coil bed is the Nest Flip Hybrid. Also from a really reputable brand and sold exclusively on Amazon.  What’s most amazing about this bed is the price point.  As of writing this is under $1000 which is absurd for a bed that’s (i) Made in America (ii) This High Quality and (iii) from a Name Brand.  It also has two different firmness levels so it’s very versatile out of the box.  You can flip the entire matress and get a firmer side for back and stomach sleepers.

If you’re more on a strict budget then it’s impossible to beat Amazon Basics

Amazon Basics

The whole Amazon basics brand is built around the idea of we offer decent products at extremely low prices and that’s what their mattresses, their mattresses available in three different height profiles. They have an eight inch, a 10 inch and a 12 inch. The eight inch is great for like car camping or camping or guest rooms or kids or teens.  The 10 inches is the middle option, so it’s, it’s a bed that you can actually sleep on very comfortably. This 12 inch is, if you want to keep it for a little bit longer, but let’s say you’re trying to save every single dollar you can to queen size then you can get an Eight inch bed that’s around 200 bucks. Granted it only comes with a one year warranty, but for some people out there that just need a comfortable mattress that’s good quality as cheaply as possible…this is unbeatable.  I actually know someone who has the 10-inch version and they love it (and are not a college student sharing a room with 4 other people).

So basically, that’s our list…If you want Amazon basics, you’re definitely gonna get it at a good price point. There are plenty of other beds that are available on Amazon, but depending on what you’re looking for, this represents the best 4 options.  You’ve got a soft foam bed that’s extremely popular and Thousands and thousands and thousands of five star reviews. You’ve got the hybrid option which is really great. You’ve got the flippable option that is newer but, I think, going to become very popular shortly.., and then you got an ultra budget pick. Let me know what you think. Uh, write this in the comments and you can check out everything in the description.

Top 10 Posture Correctors

Good posture is becoming a bigger issue as we continue to spend more time hunched over screens. Eventually, bad posture can have lifelong detrimental effects on our back, neck and spine. Good posture is important. It’s not just healthy but it also conveys confidence and likability to the outside world. Studies have shown that the simple act of straightening up your posture lead to increased happiness, sense of wellbeing, and confidence. Posture Correcting braces work by training and engaging your spine and surrounding muscle areas to actively align your body naturally. Looking for the best posture corrector depends on when you want to wear it (e.g. work or exercise) and for how long (all-day or just 30 min a day) and what type (posture corrector or posture “coach”)? Our guide outlines your best options.

10. TK Care Pro Ultimate Posture Corrector

The TK Care Pro Ultimate Brace is one of the more advanced (and substantial) posture correcting braces available. It’s aimed at those looking for serious results as they claim it can help correct spinal aligment in just 2 weeks.  That said, it’s not the easiest thing to wear under everyday clothes.  It’s excellent, however if you’ll be exercising or moving in any way and don’t mind wearing it over a t-shirt.  Despite it’s mass, it’s actually very comfortable….just also noticeable.  Some folks have complained that it can be difficult to put on but honestly a small price to pay for a posture brace of this quality.

9. NMT Lumbar Belt

The NMT is less of a posture corrector and more of a true lumbar belt, so if the pain you’re experiencing is focused in your lower back, this is a great option.  One of the more interesting features of this belt is that it uses magnets embedded within it to stimulate circulation and bloodflow and promote “cellular detox”.  They also claim this can help boost metabolism although we wouldn’t bet on that. Also includes a “Learn to Heal Through Magnet Therapy” ebook.

8. Anoopsyche Adjustable Posture Corrector

The Anoopsyche Adjustable posture corrector is one of the more popular versions on Amazon in large part because of it’s slim profile.  This makes it easier to wear under every-day clothes, to work, etc.   It’s also got detachable shoulder pads and is very easy to adjust.  One note -unlike many of our other top picks, this one recommends that you wash by hand.

7. Truweo PCBB

The Truweo Posture Correcting Brace is currently THE #1 Best seller in Amazon.  It’s light, durable and easy to wear under or over clothing.  It’s easy to put on and take off and can fit a wide range of body types.  If you’ve never bought a posture correcting brace before, this is a very safe bet.

6. Bigzzia Adjustable Spine Posture Corrector

The Bigzzia Adjustable Spine brace is designed to be worn under work clothes all day.  It has a very sleek, minimalist design and sits very high up on the upper back so as not to be overly intrusive.  It enables wide range of motion for the arms (unlike some others) and is very quick and easy to wash (which is nice if you’re wearing it all day).  It’s very durable with “X-box” stitching and robust Velcro straps.  If you’re looking for something to wear all day without feeling overly burdened, this is your option.

5. Lumo Lift Posture Coach

The Lumo lift technically isn’t a posture correcting brace so much as a posture correcting-app.  Referred to as a “wearable posture coach”, the Lumo Lift just consists of a little tile that you wear on the front of your collar-bone.  It them sends bio-feedback to your smartphone alerting you when you’re slouching or hunching over.  It does this by using “angle displacement” which is measured by their patented biometric sensor.  When it detects a slouch, it will send a gentle vibration to remind you to sit straight.  One of the key selling points of this technology is that simply having the real-time feedback that you’re slouching is important for self-correcting…rather than relying on a posture correcting brace.

4. XNature Three-Bar Posture Corrector

The XNature Three-Bar is similar to the Bigzzia brace in design and profile (including “X-box” stitching).  This one however comes with three soft “memory bars” that run along the back to firmly promote good posture (they can be removed for washing).  An open shoulder strap allows for a full range of arm motion and the material is light and breathable.  For very large men, some have complained that it can be difficult to take off but a lot of truck drivers swear by this brace.

3. Berlin & Daughter Back Support Brace

The Berlin & Daughter Back Support Brace is a different design which allows for two ways of wearing depending on whether you close the waistband around your sternum or your belly.  Reviews have said it tends to run large but overall people find it extremely comfortable.  Probably not robust enough for larger men or heavy lifting but if you’re a woman looking for a comfortable posture support brace, this is a great option.

2. Marakym Clavicle Posture Corrector

The Marakym Clavicle is probably the most minimal design of the posture correctors on this list.  As a result, this is a good option for anyone that will be sweating a lot while wearing this.  This is a good travel option because it’s very small (and comes with a carrying case).  Depending on the user, some have complained that it can be a bit uncomfortable under the arm and like any posture correcting brace, it will take time to get used to.  For a extremely minimalist brace, this is your bet.

1. Upright Go 2

The Upright Go 2 is another device in the “Posture Correcting Coach” category but unlike the Lumo, this one sits in the middle of your upper back to detect slouching.  Similar to the Lumo, it will send gentle alerts if you’re slouching and is focused on developing the habit of self-correcting your posture.  This is a great option for those that love data and don’t want to feel like they’re wearing a brace.  Obviously it won’t offer support for heavy lifting or exercise but if teaching yourself to eradicate your posture naturally is the goal, this is an unbeatable option.

Best Night Cream for Wrinkles

Olay Regenerist Night Recovery Cream has a lot to offer, at a drugstore price. Green tea provides a calming effect, and other ingredients add to the antioxidant factor of this product. It contains a peptide-B3 complex which offers exfoliation and superior hydration. Studies have shown that a peptide-B3 complex promotes anti-aging properties within skin. It is a balanced pick to help keep normal skin in great condition.

For combination skin, Skinceuticals Renew Overnight Dry checks all the boxes. Alpha hydroxy acids, lactic acid, and glycolic acid lend to the cream’s exfoliating power. Aloe vera and essential oils help calm irritation, while boosting hydration. This product will help keep your oily areas clear and your dry areas moisturized, with less flakes.

Best Night Creams with Retinol

Retinol is a wonder ingredient in skin care, because it combats aging, as well as acne. It helps speed cell turnover to clear out pores, and also tightens pores to keep them that way. Some people can experience irritation from retinol, but may build tolerance overtime. If you are able to use this collagen-building superstar, a night cream containing retinol is an ideal choice. It is not recommended to use retinol products during the day, as it can make skin more sensitive to the sun, increasing the risk of sunburns and premature aging.

A tried and true retinol night cream with a long-standing reputation is RoC Retinol Correction Deep Wrinkle Night Cream. Along with retinol, it also contains glycolic acid, for smooth skin with a youthful appearance. This night cream is a steal at a drugstore price. The formulation is similar to Strivectin Advanced Retinol Intensive Hydration, which is a much more expensive option.

A splurge pick for anti-aging is Overnight Miracle Glow Night Cream. It has all the benefits of retinol, combined with hydrating hyaluronic acid and evening primrose. The added hydration plumps skin while you sleep, helping to further reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Best Organic Night Face Cream

Natural ingredients can still have a powerfully healing impact on your complexion. Feed your skin with Bee Friendly night cream. This product is an expensive option, however, it contains mineral and botanical ingredients you might not find in cheaper night creams. Hyaluronic acid and linseed extract hydrate and plump skin, while sandalwood nut oil soothes, leaving your skin looking firm and bright. If you want to nourish your skin the way you nourish your body, this is the one for you.

Conclusion

If you feel like your skin is ready for a boost, a night cream is an effective way to get it. It is important to find the right formula to address your individual skin concerns. All the options on the market today can be overwhelming, but the good news is that there is a night cream out there for everyone, and with a little research, you can achieve a better complexion while you sleep.

9 Lifestyle Factors that Contribute to Ill Health

Getting sick is a fairly routine occurrence for many people, even though the causes of the illness can vary greatly. It’s common knowledge that being exposed to extreme temperatures or being around other sick people can make you sick, but there are several other factors you might not have considered. Sometimes, getting sick can be caused by more than not washing your hands.

Your body is a combination of systems that need different components to run properly. Knowing what to avoid or change can mean the difference between feeling great and taking another sick day. Here are nine lifestyle factors that can contribute to ill health.

  1. Not Enough Sleep

Not getting enough sleep is a surefire way to put your health in jeopardy. Sleep is vital for your brain and body to rest and recover from the day’s events. Lack of sleep can result in depression, weight gain and even digestive problems, among other things.  Strive to get a minimum of seven hours of uninterrupted sleep each night.

  1. Low Activity Level

It’s been documented in multiple places that a mostly sedentary lifestyle will result in poor health. Sitting at your desk all day at work or at home means you aren’t getting the most use out of your body’s abilities. Poor physical health is not a standalone condition and is tied to your mental status, too. Low levels of activity can lead to lowered psychological health and mental disorders.

  1. Stress

Handling everyday matters doesn’t just affect your mental health. Stress can also have damaging physical symptoms when left unchecked. Being constantly stressed or overly anxious triggers your immune system to malfunction and that makes it easier for you to get sick.

  1. Low Vitamin D

Our bodies need a combination of nutrition and vitamins in order to function. Vitamin D is one of the most important factors needed to keep our immune systems working. You can get this vitamin from foods like fish, eggs and certain vegetables. If your vitamin D levels are too low, you can use a supplement to raise them. Just be sure to test your levels and check with your doctor beforehand.

  1. Poor Nutrition

Using food to take care of your body is essential for good health. Eating high levels of processed foods, sugars and other toxic material throughout the day can drain your body of energy and nutrients. This means your immune system will not get the fuel needed to keep you healthy.

  1. Poor Environment

Where we live can also have an influence on our health. Environmental factors like clean water access and overcrowding can also be damaging. However, noise pollution is often overlooked but one of the main contributions to poor health. Increased noise from roads, either traffic or construction, can lead to damaged hearing as well as mood changes like irritability.

  1. Too Much Caffeine

When we feel tired but can’t go to bed, there are a number of outlets we can turn to. Energy drinks and coffee are used to give a temporary boost so you can get through the day. However, having too much caffeine can be extremely harmful to your nervous system. Being over-caffeinated can result in feeling jittery and being unable to sleep.

  1. Too Many Germs

Germs are everywhere, there’s no getting away from them. However, you can protect yourself and your health by making sure to wash your hands regularly. We touch many surfaces throughout the day that may not be the cleanest. As a result, our hands pick up various germs and bacteria that can further spread when we touch our faces. Wash your hands multiple times throughout the day and if you can’t, use hand sanitizer.

  1. Social Relationships

Foods aren’t the only things that can be toxic in our lives. Sometimes, our interpersonal relationships can cause added stress and strain to both our physical and mental health. Whether it’s a romantic relationship on the rocks or a blowhard boss, interacting with people can be taxing. Work on maintaining positive and beneficial relationships, both at work and in your personal life. It might be difficult, but consider removing any toxic or overly anxious personalities from your social circle in order to maintain your own health.

10 Possible Reasons You’re Always Feeling Tired

You hit snooze on your seven different alarms before getting up, then you enter the midday slump right after lunch and then you drowsily drive home. Probably, if this is your daily routine, you think this is normal. The stress and energy requirements of work and socializing will make you tired.

Chronic fatigue can sometimes mean more than just skipping your nightly requirement of sleep. It can be a sign of an underlying serious illness. Here are 10 things to consider if you’re always feeling tired.

You Don’t Move Enough

It’s called a sedentary lifestyle and it describes how most of us go through the day. We spend numerous hours just sitting, whether at work or at home. It might seem surprising that sitting can make you tired but it can. It puts stress on your body and can cause back pain, muscle soreness, headaches, and even neck pain.

Cancer

Ongoing exhaustion or weakness that doesn’t get better with rest can be a sign of cancer. If you’re always tired and can’t do things at your normal pace for more than two weeks, that’s a warning sign that something terrible is wrong.

Thyroid Disease

Those who have to live with thyroid disease can end up being tired because of a hormonal malfunction. Hypothyroidism is the condition where your body doesn’t produce enough of the thyroid hormone needed for daily energy use. Hyperthyroidism means that your thyroid gland is producing too much. Both will leave you feeling exceptionally tired as well as making you feel weak, too warm or thirsty.

Diabetes

Diabetes is characterized by unsteady blood-sugar levels and insulin deficiencies. Both of these can contribute to your energy level or lack thereof. Sugars, also known as glucose, will build up in your body when it isn’t used. So while your body may have the energy stored, you’re still feeling fatigued.

Depression

One of the hallmark symptoms of depression is fatigue. It’s thought that this comes from the hormone imbalances that cause depression. This mental disorder is known to steal away your energy and make it seem nearly impossible to do anything—even getting out of bed might be hard.

Mold Exposure

The dangers of mold to your health are common knowledge but it can also contribute to your tiredness level. Mold is one of the most common household allergens and can cause fatigue. Inhaling mold is a surefire way to damage your respiratory health. Your body is receiving a limited amount of oxygen which means you’ll feel tired or have difficulty breathing while trying to sleep.

Anemia

Anemia is a blood disorder that can make you feel drained. It develops when your body lacks the red blood cells needed to carry oxygen throughout your entire body. Less oxygen means less energy and it also means your internal organs can’t work as efficiently. Typically, menstruating women are at risk to suffer this condition. However, it does affect some men and can remedy with either iron pills or eating iron-rich foods.

Poor Sleeping Habits

Of course, if you don’t sleep enough, you’re going to be tired throughout the day. But it’s not just about how long you sleep. The quality of your sleep is also important. Your body and brain need to enter deep stages of REM sleep in order to process memories and replenish energies. In order to get there, you need anywhere from 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted snoozing.

Adrenal Fatigue

Adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome are hormone imbalances that severely impact your ability to function. Your adrenal gland releases cortisol and adrenaline, both of which maintain your energy levels. They also react to high-stress situations and can leave you stiff, sick, cramping or cause insomnia.

Poor Diet

Food is the fuel we need in order to get through the day. If you find yourself eating too much of the wrong foods or not enough, this could explain your tiredness. An unstable diet can cause disruptions in your sleep cycle, mood regulation and also lower your motivation. Most of the foods we get for convenience lack the healthy nutrients we need not only for our bodies but also for our minds.

The Dangers of Taking Sleeping Pills

Are sleeping pills harmful? Many people suffer from sleeping disorders or insomnia.

They may believe that a doctor can prescribe to them a magical wonder pill that will relieve their nights of being unable to fall asleep or bouts of restless sleep.

Improved sleep can surely be a result of taking a sleeping pill; however, numerous side effects may not be mentioned before being prescribed.

Some are mere inconveniences, but others can lead to dangerous or even fatal consequences.

Cancer or Death

A study was published in 2012 in the BMJ Open Journal that found a connection between the prolonged use of sleeping pills and several types of cancer or even death in some cases. [R]

The presence of such high-powered drugs in the body can cause issues both immediately and over time, and in this case, an increased build-up can lead to deadly results.

If suffering from long-term sleeping problems, it may be more beneficial to look into certain types of therapy rather than using pills.

Increased Tolerance

Long-term use of prescription sleeping aids can lead to a number of problems. Although most doses start out as small, over time you may build up a tolerance to that dosage that can lead your doctor to increasing it.

It may seem helpful at the time, but increased tolerance can lead to depressed breathing while sleeping, a very dangerous and perhaps even fatal consequence.

It is important to only use sleeping aids when absolutely necessary, using them for short-term fixes rather than long-term solutions.

Driving While Drowsy

If you take a sleeping aid but then don’t stay in bed for at least eight hours afterward, the effects of the medication may continue even after you have awakened.

You can feel sluggish and lethargic, which isn’t a great combination if you have to drive to work.

An increased chance of causing an accident happens the minute you turn the key of your vehicle if still under the influence of sleeping meds.

It is important to always set aside enough hours of sleep when using sleeping medications.

Memory Problems and Other Unusual Side Effects

Amnesia, problems with memory and focus, shaking of the body, and weird or unusual dreams are only some of the side-effects you can experience when taking sleeping pills.

Most prescribed sleeping pills are either benzodiazepines, barbiturates, or hypnotics. These are all highly addictive and can cause multiple issues with long-term use, including severe or unusual side effects.

Because all body chemistries are different, every person may have a different reaction to the drug.

Falling Down

Sleeping pills dull your senses, helping you to fall into a usually peaceful resting phase. But if you are up before you sleeping aid wears off, or if you do not go to bed immediately after taking it, you may experience issues with your balance.

Doctors have noted an increased likelihood of tripping or falling in their patients who are taking sleeping medications.

It is important to only take a sleeping pill when you plan on going to sleep directly afterward and receiving a full eight hours of sleep as well.

Difficulty Weaning Off

If you decide to quit taking sleeping pills, your sleeping problems may come back much worse than before.

This is known as “rebound insomnia” and can be caused by depriving the body of the medication is has become dependent on for sleeping.

Always talk to your doctor when planning to stop sleep medication, as taking dosages in lower increments until finally stopping is a much safer way to go about it.

Parasomnias

Parasomnias include a wide range of activities you may engage in while still asleep.

Although sleepwalking or sleep talking may be common occurrences to those not even taking sleep medication, the chances of increased parasomniac activity greatly increase by taking sleeping pills. [R]

Some users have talked on the phone while sleeping, made and ate a meal while asleep, and even drove a car while still sleeping. These can bring forth many dangerous consequences that could cause serious injury.

Sleeping pills provide restful nights for many persons who may not experience such relaxation otherwise.

To increase the chances of avoiding these harmful and potentially fatal side effects, it is always important to consult with your doctor if you begin to experience any feelings that aren’t normal.

There are also a number of different therapies and alternative medicine practices that may help in your quest for peaceful sleep if you do not feel comfortable taking medication. [R]

8 Pharmaceuticals That Can Destroy Your Health Within Days After Receiving Them

If you are an American, there is a 50/50 chance that you are taking at least one prescription medicine.

Why? They are easy to get and much easier to dole out that getting to the root of what ails you and trying to cure it rather than put a Band-Aid on it to try and cover the symptoms.

Until somewhat recently, it was illegal to advertise prescription drugs and now you just expect to see commercials for them. This is a very bad thing.

Read on to learn why you should think twice before taking pharmaceutical drugs, and which eight drugs to specifically avoid.

The Flu Shot

Grandma may head to Walgreens each fall for her annual flu shot. But, do you know what is even worse than the flu? Death, and that could very well be what results, thanks to the levels of mercury found in flu shots. [R]

You may have seen warnings posted by certain bodies of water that contain mercury declaring the fish unsafe to eat. If it is that bad to eat fish that contain mercury, imagine how much worse it is to inject yourself with pure mercury. [R]

Mercury can lead to poisoning at worst, but other symptoms can include cardiovascular disease and respiratory problems among many others. Unless you are extremely elderly and extremely susceptible to the flu, it is not worth the risk.

Anti-Coagulants

Known more commonly as blood thinners, anticoagulants often do more harm than good.

It is common for people with blood clots to take these medications to thin their blood. Thin their blood they do, to a point where it is just plain dangerous. [R][R]

Something as simple as a paper cut could be the death of you if your blood is too thin to clot. You could bleed to death in a matter of minutes from the most unexpected bump on the head.

Resveratrol is a natural option if blood thinners frighten you. [R][R]

Chemo

It is safe to say that no one wants cancer and those who have it would do just about anything for a cure.

Chemo is one possible treatment, but it comes with a lot of risks. Chemo is literally poison. It is put into your body to kill off cancer. [R]

Unfortunately, it does not just kill cancer. It kills everything. It has been reported that chemotherapy only cures less than 3% of chemo patients. 100% of chemo patients are poisoned. It is a risk, and the odds are not in your favor.

The Rotavirus Vaccine

The rotavirus vaccine is used to treat infants suffering from diarrhea. This is a more serious problem than having extra laundry to do – infants can easily become dehydrated if diarrhea persists. [R][R]

So, a vaccine was developed. Shockingly, this vaccine contains not one but two strains of a pig virus that is quite often deadly. Why in the world would anyone choose to inject this into a baby?

Anxiety Meds

Anxiety has always existed but lately, it has become increasingly popular to use as an excuse and medicate people for.

Rather than “man up” and face the world like an adult, it is easier to coddle people and hand them benzodiazepines such as Xanax or Valium. This makes them feel relaxed and falsely happy.

Certainly, some people should be medicated, but it is disturbing to read the actual figures of people popping these downers on a daily basis for no real reason but they like the relaxing feeling that comes with it.

Unfortunately for them, benzo is highly toxic and the longer you take it the worse the effects. [R]

Seizure Meds

Of course, if you suffer from seizures you will want to take any medication that offers any sort of relief, but beware of the extensive amount of liver damage your options can cause.

It has been proposed that CBD oil may help and is a healthier option.

Proton Pump Inhibitors

Proton pump inhibitors are commonly prescribed to help people suffering from acid reflux, which often involves heartburn. These have been proven to ruin kidneys and cause heart attacks. [R]

Finding a healthy diet that reduces heartburn and thus your need for acid reflux medicine is a much better way to go if at all possible.

Steroids

When you think of steroids, you may picture an overly muscular bodybuilder type. That is not the case entirely.

They can also help if you have arthritis or colitis. However, they almost always cause mood alteration and nausea among other unsavory things.

They cause weight gain too, which leads to a whole host of other problems that will inevitably lead to even more medications. [R]

The Bottom Line

Just looking at this harmful medicines list, you may be feeling helpless.

You have a problem and need treatment and it seems as though any of your options have so many potential side effects that you do not know what to do. Are the side effects even worse than what is ailing you, to begin with?

Do your research. See if there is anything you can do yourself, such as change your diet or exercise more.

If there isn’t, then educate yourself on the side effects of the drugs versus the symptoms of your problem and decide which you would rather endure.
