This pudding, made with only three ingredients, is the perfect solution if you don’t have enough time to cook your meals at home because you can prepare several portions to eat throughout the week.
Either for breakfast or a quick lunch, this chia and acai pudding helps you control your hunger and makes you feel satisfied for much longer.
You can prepare it on a Sunday night, leave it in the fridge and you’ll have a delicious, healthy breakfast the next morning.
You only need coconut milk, acai and chia seeds.
Here are the ingredients:
One cup of coconut milk (or a dairy-free alternative);
Three tablespoons of chia seeds;
One tablespoon of acai powder;
Banana, strawberries and blueberries to decorate.
In a sealed container, start with the three tablespoons of chia seeds and a tablespoon of acai powder. Add the coconut milk and mix everything. Put the lid on and shake it. Take the mix to the fridge and leave it for at least an hour.
You can also prepare it the night before. When it’s cold enough, separate the ideal portions for the next day or the week.
Then, you can do the following: in a cup or container, place the blueberries, add the mix and decorate with banana or strawberry slices.
