According to research from the University of Toronto in Canada, two cups of tomato juice a day strengthen our bones and can prevent osteoporosis.
A good way to ingest tomatoes is through its juice, so we’re going to teach you a delicious recipe for tomato juice:
½ of a tomato;
2 glasses of water;
½ of a lemon;
and mint leaves.
Cut the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then blend all the ingredients together. If you want to, you can add a pinch of salt.
If you don’t like the taste, you can add tomato juice to other fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies until you find what works for you.
